What it is
A package registry for SwiftPM. Dependencies arrive as versioned source archives instead of full repository clones.
How it was made
A published version never changes and is verified with a SHA-256 checksum. Publishing, tokens and permission changes are logged. Private packages are protected with scoped access tokens.
Where it stands
One command registers the registry with SwiftPM; then you replace the Git URL in Package.swift with a package identifier. It works from Xcode and the CLI. It is pre-1.0 and free to start.
